Check body proportions with BMI index

Today, as society develops, the excess of food is accompanied by social pressures that unbalance the body’s appetite control. This is one of the reasons why overweight and obesity are on the rise.

In which, height is in meters and weight is in kilograms.
 
Based on the classification scale of IDI & WPRO for Asians, the ideal BMI of Vietnamese people is from 18.5 – 22.9.
