1. Step 1
    Pre-process of raw materials: Cove beans washed, cut off the head, remove only 2 sides. Baby corn washed, cut in half. Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices. Onions cut diagonally 0.5cm. Shiitake mushrooms, soaked wood ear mushrooms cut the root and then cut into 0.5cm thin pieces.
  2. Step 2
    Stir-fry the ingredients: Put 1 tablespoon of oil on the pan, fry the garlic until fragrant (some vegetarians don’t eat garlic, so they can omit garlic) then stir-fry the baby corn and carrots. 
  3. Step 3
     Then add the peas and mushrooms. When stir-frying, remember to add a little water so that the vegetables cook evenly and do not burn the pan. Finally add the green onions.
  4. Step 4
    Season with seasonings including soy sauce, salt, and sugar to taste.
  5. Step 
    Plate and enjoy.
