Job description:
1. Perform general warehouse operations including receiving, exporting, delivering goods, conducting inventory counts, and checking inventory:
- Directly participate in warehouse activities such as receiving, discharging, receiving goods.
- Allocate work to assistants, forklift operators and outsourced workers and supervise them to ensure jobs are being carried out correctly and efficiently.
- Ensure goods are stored properly according to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method.
- Take physical inventory once a month to cross check with monthly inventory report.
- Monitor inventory levels to highlight HOD minimums and excesses.
2. Record warehouse transactions and post data to the inventory management system:
- Ensure warehouse transactions are recorded in a timely and documented manner.
- Enter data into the inventory management system in a timely manner.
3. Keep the warehouse clean and tidy, complying with all Health and Safety requirements & internal procedures:
- Ensure good hygiene and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Ensure the orderliness and good organization of the items in the warehouse.
4.Report, raise any non-compliance with HOD, and perform other duties assigned by HOD:
- Make daily & monthly reports according to the process.
- Report any non-compliance & irregularities to HOD.
- Do additional work assigned and directed by HOD.

Job requirements:
- Male.
- Age: 25-35
- University graduate, major in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in international companies.
- Honest.
- Organized and on time.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills and time management skills.
- Competent with Microsoft office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Process and Material Control.
- Understanding of SAP system.
