Job description:
- Drafting and asking the Legal department of the Group to check and approve the content of legal documents (Purchase/Sell/Service Contract).
- Calculate sales support costs for distributors and track related documents…
- Prepare vouchers for monthly promotions.
- Monitor the debt of all distributors of GT channel.
- Submit promotional notices to the Departments of Industry and Trade of the provinces where the Distributors are located.
- Prepare request for payment of expenses for the sales team.
- Other assigned duties from Department Head.

Job requirements:
- Graduated from University majoring in Economics, Commerce, Foreign Languages and Administrative Management.
- Good use of spoken and written English.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills, time management.
- Good use of office information technology.
- Organizational skills, problem solving skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure, flexible and suitable for dynamic working environment.
- At least 02 years of experience as a Customer Care or Sales Department Clerk.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, current law on sales policies, commercial law.
