Job description:
- Support activities in the Marketing Department: managing POSM inventory, transferring goods/merchandise items according to the company’s process.
- Drafting & preparing Marketing contracts, making payment requests & liquidations.
- Logistics support for daily marketing tasks.
- Coordinate with the team to implement Marketing activities, events, campaigns…
- Support Trade Marketing including paperwork, inventory tracking & monthly payment with Lazada regarding Nortalic’s Official Store.
- Manage the work on SAP system.
- Other tasks: Complete other tasks requested by Marketing Manager.

Job requirements:
- Result-oriented, can-do attitude. Passion & willing to learn.
- 1-2 years’ experience in Administration or Sales & Marketing assistant experience.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and detail – oriented skills.
- Aptitude in creative problem-solving.
- Holder of bachelor’s degree preferably in BA, Marketing.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Good at computer skills (word, excel, power point).
